What I’m Thankful For

Hi guys! I just wanted to take a few moments to share with you all what I am thankful for this year. Also I would love to hear in the comments some things you are thankful for.

This year has been a roller coaster and as we creep closer to a new year I am excited, nervous and a little sad. I while ago I shared my pity party post (here) about all the things that happened this year and why I was my own motivation to not let them ruin the rest of my year. BUT enough about the bad lets talk about the GOOD!!

I’m thankful that I have a partner in life that will always have my back, I’m thankful for the two beautiful children he gave me. I’m thankful that we live in a world where Eric can work full time so that I can stay home with the kids to nurture and teach them. I’m thankful for my amazing supportive parents who are the definition of selfless. I’m thankful for the car we have, although small, it gets us from place to place. I’m thankful for the food in our house and roof over our heads. I’m thankful for the luxury items we have and the electricity to power them. I’m thankful for the laughter that fills are house and the love that fills are hearts. I’m thankful for our extended family too that showed their love and support to us over this year as well. I’m thankful for strong coffee after a night up with the baby. I’m thankful for my lifelong friends as well as my new ones I’ve made. I’m thankful for warm bubble baths with no interruptions. I’m thankful for long walks with my family to the park. I’m thankful for so many other wonderful, amazing and silly things this year that I could go on for hours but I wont. Most of all I’m thankful for this life I live, even the bad days and the person standing next to me to spend them with.

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. From the Dubberly boys and me, we wish a house full of warmth, laughter and love.
